Athletes and Families

On December 11 we will be hosting our annual holiday party. Parents are more than welcome to join the festivities. The party will be held at Grace New Hope Church from 6:30 to 8:30. The main course will be provided, and we ask that families sign up to bring a dessert or drinks. Please only sign up for ONE item to bring. Below is step-by-step how to sign up in swimtopia.

Steps to sign up for party items:

1. Look for holiday party on calendar

2.Click on job signup tab

3.Click on sign up for job listed under your name

4.Click on ONLY ONE item and click save assignment

Don't forget to bring your gift to participate in the gift exchange. Gifts should cost between $10-$20 and should be wrapped or in a gift bag. Gifts can be anything swimming related, here are some examples, fun swim caps, goggles, chamois, water bottles, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
