Head Coach
Coach Everett is excited to begin her first year as Head Coach of the Archer High School Swim and Dive Team. She is passionate about building a positive, energetic program that becomes the place to be for student-athletes looking to grow, compete, and support one another. Although Coach Everett did not swim competitively, she developed a love for swimming and water safety while teaching swim lessons and working with children at local pools as a young adult. As a parent, she ensured her own children learned to swim early, believing that swimming is more than a sport. It is a lifelong skill that promotes safety, confidence, discipline, and wellness. Coach Everett has dedicated her career to working with young people through education, clubs, community organizations, and national societies. As a longtime member of the Archer community, she has attended countless school events over the past 13 years as both an educator and parent. She is excited to learn alongside her athletes, be their biggest cheerleader, and give 110% as she works to grow the program and increase recognition for Archer Swimming throughout the school and surrounding community.

Coach Chelsea began with basics at the YMCA and Swim Atlanta. She was a member of Archer Swim and Dive all 4 years balancing volleyball and golf. She has been a lifeguard, swim instructor and facility manager with Gwinnett Parks and Rec since graduating from Archer.
She has a passion for helping our youth build confidence, self-worth and life skills. In addition to coaching, she enjoys the opportunity to substitute teach when her schedule permits. She is excited for another great season filled with school records, personal records and most of all fun and lasting memories.
