Parents, each year our district hosts and invitational swim/dive meets the first weekend in December. Hudson Diving invitation takes place Friday, December 3 in the afternoon-evening and the Clody Memorial Swim and Dive meet takes place on Saturday, December 4.

Our team is responsible for supplying the volunteers for the concession stand and hospitality rooms for the entire weekend at Mountain Park Aquatic Center. Many hands make light work and we are asking for your help.

• Volunteers who can help unload and work the concession stand for Hudson Dive meet (use link above to volunteer)
• Someone who is able to stop at Chick Fil A and pick up boxed dinners to deliver to Mountain Park around 4:30pm. Contact Amy Schnupp [email protected] or Kari Scull [email protected] to volunteer
• Someone to pick up Chicken Salad Chick (Loganville or Snellville) KEEP at their home and deliver to pool on Saturday anytime prior to Dive Starting at 3pm (will need to bring in cooler) Contact Amy Schnupp [email protected] or Kari Scull [email protected] to volunteer
• Hospitality Room workers to put out snacks/dinner, replenish and clean up. (Use link above to volunteer)
• Someone to prep fruit/veggies for platters (we will reimburse your costs) Use link above to volunteer

Saturday we need:

• Concession stand volunteers 3 shifts starting before swim meet and concluding after dive in the afternoon.
• Hospitality Room Workers who can put out snacks, meals, replenish and clean up. Volunteers will also be needed to bring water to Swim volunteers (timers)
• Someone to prep fruit for a fruit platter (we will reimburse your costs)

Our concession stand will welcome teens who need service hours! Swimmers may be interested in working Friday or Saturday afternoon/evening diving sessions.

There is a charge to enter the diving and swim meets. Volunteers will gain free entry.
