Meet this Friday is at Mountain Park. If you are available or arrive early, we could use some help unloading and setting up the concession stand starting at 6pm. We have a few people out this week that normally assist in this task. Spectators (not volunteering) are not to enter the facility until 6:45p

We are still in need of a few timers: https://archertigers.swimtopia.com/swim_meets I won’t be at this meet, we have several key volunteers who will be leading the meet. Timers meeting will be at 7pm-follow stairs down to pool deck, classroom is on left side of pool. (under spectator area)

This weeks meet is will be a PINK OUT to support breast cancer. Pink Archer swim caps will be available for sale for $5 at the concession stand. Please consider wearing PINK.

Hudson/Clody Meet Dec 3-4 Hospitality Room/Concession Stand We will send a separate email. Big thank you to those who joined in the discussion Friday night. We were still wrapping our head around our needs and you all stepped up and gave us the support we needed to tackle this.

December 7- AHS Swim & Dive night at Chipotle (See flyer attached) Consider dining at Chipotle and spreading the word to friends and family. 33% of sales- for those mentioning our team (dine in) or using our code online will be donated to our team!

December 11 MEET (proposed) – UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATER- swimmers and parents are encouraged to come dressed in their best UGLY Holiday attire .

December 17^th- TEAM Holiday Party- more details to come- Swim Cap Exchange- If team members wish to participate, please bring a new swim cap wrapped to exchange. (Amazon, SwimOutlet.com, SwimAtlanta on Sugarloaf are recommended retailers)

TOYS for TOTS- The team captains have suggested holding a toy drive at one of our December meet. We will share when we hear more but thought Black Friday sales might be a good time if you are willing to pick up a new toy for donation.
