We have opened the first meet on October 29 for volunteers sign ups. We still need a few more volunteers, (Timers, Concession).  If you swimmer will be swimming in the meet, we ask that you please consider volunteering.  We are responsible for covering 25 positions for a home meet. (We have 16 positions when we are the "visitor".) 

The rest of the meets are also open for sign up.  Our team will also be responsible for staffing the concession stand at the County hosted Clody meet in December and County Championships in January.  We will be asking all parents who have swimmers participating to help cover these positions.  As soon as we have further details, we will share.

1. You will need to sign into your Swimtopia account which was created at registration

2.Then click on the GREEN job sign up button.

3. Select Family member working. (If more than one is working, you can repeat these steps)

4. Job List will show, hover cursor over the small "i" in black circle for more information about the position if needed. Select box of the job you would like and click SAVE!

We need 20-30 volunteers for each meet. We ask that if your swimmer is participating you consider volunteering. ALL positions will allow you to see your swimmer, its a great way to kill the time and get to know the team!

Each family is expected to work a minimum of 4 shifts to fulfill their volunteer responsibility. (More is welcome and will be needed to cover all of our needs for the year.)
