Parents,

We have opened the first meet on October 29 for volunteers sign ups.  Over the next week, I will work on getting the rest of the scheduled updated.  You can see the meet information and job lists by visting: https://archertigers.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

1. You will need to sign into your Swimtopia account which was created at registration

2.Then click on the GREEN job sign up button. 

3. Select Family member working.  (If more than one is working, you can repeat these steps)

4. Job List will show, hover cursor over the small "i" in black circle for more information about the position if needed.  Select box of the job you would like and click SAVE!

We need 20-30 volunteers for each meet.  We ask that if your swimmer is participating you consider volunteering.  ALL positions will allow you to see your swimmer, its a great way to kill the time and get to know the team!

Each family is expected to work a minimum of 4 shifts to fulfill their volunteer responsibility.  (More is welcome and will be needed to cover all of our needs for the year.)
